This paper points to present forms of intermedial reading of the forrest motif and the similarities pertaining to the processing of theme inside the given frames. Intermedial reading of the forrest motif can be shown through several forms i.e mediums. The present mediums have a specific approach when it comes to proccessing of literary themes, painting materials, comic books or even cartoons through individual rules and standards imbued with unique motivation and various external influences. They are different, but, inspite of that there are similarities in the manner of choice and the final layout of the theme. Thus, this paper, in its core, singles out and contemplates possible similarities that can be found inside the choice and the final layout of the theme. The emphasis is put on displaying the forrest throughout various mediums and on the similarities that stand between them. The selection of mediums is narrowed due to the extent of the theme and the time it takes to write the paper. The paper is conceived in several units. The introduction speaks about the general problematic of the intermedial reading of the forrest motif. The second units presents the forrest in a literary form, the third unit deals with the forrest in paintings, the fourth with comic books and the fifth with cartoons. The sixth unit tells about the motifs and similarities that unite the artists and mentioned mediums while the final unit summarizes the paper through a complete review.
