Abstract
Porezi su najvažniji izvori prikupljanja prihoda svih državnih administracija. Stari su gotovo koliko i civilizacija, a najčešće se njihov nastanak veže uz ratove. Otkad su se pojavili, porezi nikada nisu ukinuti, jedino su kroz vrijeme dobivali sve više na važnosti. Porezni sustav Republike Hrvatske usklađen je sa smjernicama Europske unije i vrlo sličan je poreznim sustavima država članica. Čine ga sljedeći porezi: državni porezi, županijski porezi, gradski ili općinski porezi, zajednički porez, naknade za priređivanje igara na sreću. Državni porezi jedan su oblik poreza Poreznog sustava Republike Hrvatske i oni su prihodi državnog proračuna. Cilj ovog istraživanja je saznati bitne značajke poreza te poreznog sustava u Republici Hrvatskoj, točnije jednog od oblika poreznog sustava, a to su državni porezi.
Abstract (english)
Taxes are the most important source of revenue collection for all state administrations. They are as old as civilization, and their emergence is most often linked to wars. Since they emerged, taxes have never been abolished and they have gained more and more significance/importance over time. The Croatian tax system is aligned with EU directives and is very similar to the tax systems of member states. It is made up of the following taxes: state taxes, county taxes, city or municipal taxes, joint taxes, gambling fees. State taxes are a form of taxation of the Republic of Croatia's tax system and they are the revenues of the state budget. The aim/purpose of this research is to find out the essential features of the taxes and the tax system in the Republic of Croatia, precisely one of the forms of the tax system, which are state taxes.
