Abstract
Rad se temelji na obradi teorije kreativnih klasa i kreativnosti, kulturnih i kreativnih industrija, kreativnih gradova te brendiranja prostora. Budući da se težište u radu stavlja na grad Belišće, ukratko je opisano njegovo zlatno doba i doba stagnacije. Glavni je cilj ovoga rada isticanje brojnih promjena koje su se dogodile i koje se još uvijek događaju u gradu Belišću kao pravom primjeru toga kako se gradić, koji je godinama stagnirao i propadao, unazad godinu dana probudio i doživio svoj novi preporod.
Abstract (english)
The paper is based on the application of the theory of creative class and creativity, cultural and creative industries, creative cities and space branding. Since the focus of the work is placed of the city Belišće, we have briefly described its golden age and the era of stagnation. The main objective of this study is to highlight the many changes that have occurred and that can still happen in Belišće as a true example of how a small town, that for years has stagnated and declined, can wake up and experience a new revival.
