Abstract
Pitanje financiranja kulture jedno je od najizazovnijih područja kada se govori o rastu, napretku, ali često i pukom preživljavanju kulturnih organizacija. Današnje je globalno tržište iznimno dinamično, a karakteriziraju ga česte i snažne promjene trendova te snažna i nepredvidiva konkurencija. U takvim je tržišnim uvjetima teško opstati bez obzira na industriju i orijentiranost, a posebno teško onim organizacijama koje svoje prihode ne mogu temeljiti isključivo na prodaji vlastitih proizvoda i usluga u koje se uključuju kulturne organizacije. Više je načina financiranja kulturnih institucija, a osnovni uključuju financiranje iz vlastitih izvora te potpore. S obzirom da je tržište Republike Hrvatske prilično malo u usporedbi s europskim tržištima, kulturne se institucije sve više okreću međunarodnoj suradnji i potporama kao što su Europski fondovi, projekt Kreativna Europa itd., koje potiču međunarodnu suradnju i ulažu znatna sredstva kako bi se europski projekti mogli provesti. Republika Hrvatska sudjeluje u provođenju EU projekata već gotovo čitavo desetljeće, a uočen je trend konstantnog napretka, kako po broju projekata tako i po količini odobrenih sredstava.
Abstract (english)
The issue of financing culture is one of the most challenging areas when it comes to growth and prosperity, but often about trying to survive as well. Today's global market is extremely dynamic, characterized by frequent and strong trends, strong and unpredictable competition. In such market conditions it is difficult to survive regardless of industry and orientation, and especially difficult for organizations that can not rely solely on the sale of their own products and services involving cultural organizations. There are more ways to finance cultural institutions, and the basic ones include funding from their own sources and support. Having in mind that the Croatian market is fairly small compared to other markets, cultural institutions are increasingly turning to international co-operation and support such as European funds, the Creative Europe project etc., which encourage international cooperation and invest considerable resources to enable European projects. Croatia has been participating in the implementation of EU projects for almost a decade, and the trend of constant progress has been noted, both in terms of the number of projects and the amount of funds allocated.
